It was just ok. I thought the room coffee was much better than the breakfast coffee. The room only had a small bit of toilet paper left. I had to ask for more. There was no room darkening shade on the window which disturbed my sleep along with the traffic noise. That is the poorest shower design I have ever experienced. There was never any hot water in the evening to wash my face. I had to delay my shower to morning for hot water. The staff was very gracious and responsive.

Everything was an amazing experience. Staff was polite. They treat your pet like family. Clean, organized, breakfast has many options, rec areas very clean, indoor pool very clean and not too much chemicals so you really enjoy it... great staff... great area. Less than 3 minutes to mall and many other shops. Short drive to zoo and many other areas.

Breakfast, pool, location compared to where we wanted to go and explore each day. Mrs. Mary at the front desk made sure to make a connection with us each time she saw us. The lobby was extremely clean, all the facilities worked as expected. Our room was really clean and stocked with essentials.
